Meta Ads Manager: Static Ad 6, 10 website completed registrations at $102.55 per result, $1,025.45 spent. Ad creative blurred.

Four Qualified Calls Booked In One Day At $27 Each

Four qualified calls in a single day, averaging $27 per call that day.

Approximately 70% Lower Cost Per Qualified Opportunity

From $750 per qualified lead to $226 per qualified call.

One of our B2B clients was running Facebook lead forms before they came to us, and was getting poor results: $1,500 spent and 15 leads, but 13 of those leads were bots, fake companies, or junk, so even though their previous agency was reporting "$100 per lead" the cost per QUALIFIED lead was actually $750.

We came in, rebuilt the offer, landing page and ads, and fixed their tracking so Meta only learned from qualified bookings. And within six weeks, we booked 16 qualified calls at $226 per qualified call.

The 3 Problems With A Pipeline That Runs On Referrals

01

You Can't Predict Referrals Or Get More On Demand

A few good introductions make a strong quarter, and a slow stretch of referrals makes a lean one. When things slow down, the only lever you've got is to work your network harder and hope something comes of it.

So you hire after the work shows up instead of ahead of it, and every plan you make for next quarter comes with a hedge.

Even in a good month, you couldn't honestly say where your next five clients are coming from.

02

Every New Client Still Depends On You

Most of your real conversations still start with your relationships or your outreach. When you're deep in delivery, new business dries up a month later, and when you go back to selling, delivery feels it.

One founder doing about $5 million a year told us referrals got him there, but they weren't bringing in the bigger deals he'd need to reach $10 million. Another, who runs a healthcare IT firm, put it more bluntly:

"We make millions and it means nothing."Founder, healthcare IT firm

Without a repeatable way to win clients, the most valuable part of your business can't be handed to anyone, and any buyer or investor will price that in.

03

Your Pitch Only Works On People Who Already Know You

Your website, your pitch, and your sales deck were written for buyers who arrive through someone who vouched for you. A stranger reads the same words with none of that context and can't tell you apart from every other company promising the same things.

So they don't book. Or they book and don't show, or they show up cold and your whole first call goes to explaining who you are.

After enough of those calls, it's easy to decide strangers just don't buy from companies like yours.

You've Probably Tried These "Fixes"

Hiring An Agency

You paid every month for generic messaging that never captured what you actually do, and for reports full of clicks and impressions while your calendar said otherwise. When you stopped paying, whatever they'd built went with them.

Running Ads To Your Homepage Or A Lead Form

Strangers got asked for a meeting before they had a single reason to trust you.

Doubling Down On Outbound

Your buyers get the same cold pitch from dozens of companies every week, and a message from a stranger carries no trust.

The missing piece is a complete acquisition process that gives a stranger the context, confidence, and qualification a good referral would normally provide before the first call.

The Referral-Grade System

When someone refers a client to you, they do five jobs before you ever speak.

  1. 01 Finds the right person Our system: 40 ads, each written around one buyer's exact situation, and Meta's AI trained only on your qualified bookings, so it keeps finding more people like your best clients
  2. 02 Explains what you do in words they understand Our system: An offer built for strangers and a 7 to 12 minute video that walks them through the problem you solve, how you solve it, and your proof
  3. 03 Vouches for you Our system: Your client results, and you on camera explaining your work, so they see the proof before they ever speak to you
  4. 04 Filters out bad fits Our system: An application built on your criteria, like company size, budget, and who makes the decision, so bad fits never reach your calendar
  5. 05 Sends the buyer in warm with a reason to talk now Our system: Short videos of you answering their objections, plus pre-call emails, so they show up ready to talk fit, scope, and price

Our Referral-Grade System does all five, every day, for people who've never heard of you, whether you're in the room or not.

1
Days 1 to 14

We Build An Offer Strangers Understand And A Funnel That Sells Before The Call

It starts with a 45 to 60 minute onboarding call where we dig into how you win clients today, your best client results, and exactly what a qualified lead looks like for you.

From there, we script your ads, sales video, pre-call videos and emails, and landing page, and you record for 2 to 3 hours. We edit everything, build the page, application, calendar, CRM, and tracking, and test it all end to end.

  • You launch with a system ready to sell for you. By Day 14, the offer, ads, page, video, application, and follow-up are built and tested, so the first click can turn into a qualified call.
2
Days 14 to 42

We Launch On Meta And Prove It On Your Own Ad Account

Campaign 1 goes live on Day 14 with 10 video ads and 10 static ads. The first week or two is Meta's learning phase, so calls trickle in and cost per call starts high before it comes down. Around Day 21, you record 1 to 2 hours of new ads built on what Campaign 1 is proving, and Campaign 2 launches around Day 28 on the winning angles.

Every 72 hours, we cut what isn't working, move budget to what is, and scale toward $220 to $250 a day.

  • Qualified calls start landing on your calendar. Calls from people who've never heard of you usually start one to two weeks after launch, and the cost per call comes down as Meta learns who actually buys.
3
By Day 45

We Hand It To Your Team, Documented And Trained

Whoever's going to run the system gets SOPs and training on all of it: reading the weekly numbers, moving the budget, keeping the application, calendar, and CRM working together, and making new ads as the old ones wear out.

Your sales team gets a process built for buyers who show up already educated, so they know how to run that first call, follow up fast, and agree on a decision date so deals don't drift.

Everything already lives in your accounts, so there's nothing to transfer and nothing breaks when we step away.

  • Ad spend becomes a dial. Want more calls? Turn the budget up. Team at capacity? Pull it back.
  • You stop being the pipeline. New business no longer waits on your calendar, your relationships, or an agency you have to keep paying, and you can take a real week off without the calendar going quiet.

What You Actually Get

Everything it takes to turn a stranger into a qualified, pre-sold sales call, built and run for you, then handed to your team.

A Cold-Traffic Offer And Messaging Brief

We build it from your sales calls, your client results, and the way your buyers describe their problems. Every ad, page, video, and email comes from it, so buyers hear one consistent story from the first ad to the sales call. You keep it for future marketing, new hires, and every ad your team makes after we're gone.

40 Ready-To-Run Ads Across Two Campaigns

20 video ads and 20 static ads, each written around one buyer's specific situation, then scripted, edited, and designed for you. Meta decides who sees an ad based on what it says, so 40 distinct situations give it the volume and variety it needs to find your buyers. The second batch of 20 is built on what the first campaign proves.

A Dedicated Landing Page With An Educational Sales Video

A page built for cold traffic, with a 7 to 12 minute video that walks a stranger through the problem you solve, how you solve it, and your proof, the way you would on your best first call. By the end, they know what you do, roughly what it costs, and whether they're a fit. It's fully scripted, edited, and designed for you.

An Application Filter, Calendar, CRM, And Qualified-Only Tracking

A short application using criteria you set, a booking calendar, your CRM, and tracking, all connected and tested end to end before launch. Companies that are too small, have no budget, or can't make the decision never reach your calendar. Only the bookings that pass get reported back to Meta, so it learns from real buyers instead of bots and bad fits.

A Pre-Call Warm-Up System

A page prospects land on right after they book, with 5 to 10 short videos of you answering the questions and objections that come up on your calls, plus an automated email sequence that runs between booking and the call. More of them show up, and they show up having done their homework. When you book a call with us, you'll get the same kind of page and emails, so you can see how it feels from the buyer's side.

Done-For-You Launch, Media Buying, And Weekly Reports

We launch and run both campaigns on your own ad account, cutting losing ads every 72 hours, moving budget to the winners, and scaling as the system proves itself. Every week, you get a written report showing what you spent, how many people applied, and how many qualified calls you booked. You never have to log into Ads Manager unless you want to.

A Sales SOP And Training For Your Team

A documented sales process built for buyers who arrive already educated, plus training for whoever takes your calls. It covers how to run a call with someone who's already watched your video, how to follow up fast, and how to agree on a decision date so deals don't drift. Calls go straight to fit, scope, and price, and selling stops depending on you.

A Full Handoff By Day 45

SOPs and training for your team on running the whole funnel without us, including how to read the weekly numbers, turn the budget up or down, and make new ads from the angles that won. You keep every script, ad, and asset we made, so your team starts with 40 working examples instead of a blank page. If you'd like us to keep optimizing and scaling it after Day 45, we can keep working together, and nothing about the system requires it.

Our Guarantee

The 45-Day Qualified Call Guarantee

Our target is a system booking at least 20 qualified calls a month by Day 45, measured against the qualification criteria we agree on at onboarding. If we haven't hit it, we keep working for another 30 days without charging you another fee, and if we still haven't hit it after that, we refund our $8,000 fee.

Experience Across Different B2B Markets

We've worked with B2B companies in IT and cybersecurity services, commercial interiors, enterprise AI, and financial services. They sell different solutions and serve different decision-makers, but they often share the challenge of explaining a complex offer to people who've never heard of them.

For An IT Firm

The buyer may be dealing with compliance gaps or a delayed infrastructure project.

For A Commercial Interiors Firm

The buyer may be managing a funded office project and several disconnected vendors.

For An Enterprise AI Company

The buyer may need a clear business case and a process for implementation.

Founder

Dylan Wort

I've sat on sales calls with founders running IT firms, healthcare integration companies, logistics software companies, AI startups, and agencies. They've got solid businesses, good delivery teams, and clients who are happy with the work. But when I ask where their last five clients came from, the answer is nearly always some mix of referrals, personal connections, and someone doing outreach by hand. A lot of them had already paid an agency every month, gotten reports full of clicks, and been left with nothing when they stopped paying.

So I built MarginMaxxing to do the opposite. We build the whole system inside your accounts, prove it on your own ad account, and hand it to your team with the SOPs to run it, for one fee. Every campaign we plan runs on models built from about a million dollars a month in combined ad spend, across our own accounts and the agencies on our advisory board, so what I tell you is based on real numbers.

If you're great at the work and most of your market doesn't know you exist yet, you're exactly who we built this for.

Is This For You?

Let's be direct about who this is built for, and who it isn't.

Built for you if:

  • You run a B2B company doing $50K+ MRR, in any industry
  • Most of your new clients still come from referrals, your network, or outreach someone does by hand
  • You sell something high-ticket that takes some explaining
  • You've tried an agency, outbound, or ads, and none of it stuck
  • You'd rather own your client acquisition than pay someone every month to run it

Not the right fit if:

  • You want to pay per meeting or share a cut of your revenue
  • You can't put at least $5,000 a month toward ad spend
  • Nobody on your team can spend a few hours on camera
  • Nobody's available to take the calls once they're booked

MarginMaxxing vs. Another Agency Retainer

Why we build and hand off a system instead of renting you results.

What mattersTypical Agency RetainerMarginMaxxing
What you pay About $5,000 a month, or $60,000 a year, for as long as you stay $8,000 once, with no retainer or rev share
Who owns it They run it, and the know-how leaves when you stop paying Built in your accounts from day one, and yours to keep
What Meta learns from Every lead and form fill, bots and bad fits included Only the bookings that pass your application
The ads A handful of generic ads 40 distinct ads, each written around one buyer's situation
Before the call A lead form or your homepage, then a calendar link An educational video, an application, objection-handling videos, and pre-call emails
How you judge it Reports full of clicks, impressions, and leads A weekly report on spend, applications, and qualified calls, proven before handoff

An agency rents you results for as long as you keep paying. We build the system inside your accounts, prove it on your own ad account, and hand it to your team, so the thing that brings in your clients belongs to you.

Common Questions

How much does this cost, all in?

Our fee is $8,000, paid once. It covers the build, the launch, media buying across both campaigns, and the handoff, with no retainer and no rev share. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta from your own account: we recommend $5,000 a month.

We've been burned by agencies before. Why is this different?

An agency keeps you on a retainer, and when you stop paying, the people who know how to run it leave too. We build everything inside your own accounts, run it on your own ad account for four weeks with a written report every week, and then train your team to take it over. You pay one fee, and you keep the offer, the ads, the page, the CRM, and everything Meta has learned about your buyers.

What results should we realistically expect?

In our average model at $5,000 a month in ad spend, a system like this books about 32 qualified calls a month at around $159 each. If about 70% of those 32 show up and your team closes 20% of them, that's four or five new clients a month. Across our models, the range runs from about 18 to 51 qualified calls a month.

Those are models built from about a million dollars a month in combined ad spend, and your real numbers depend on your market, your offer, and how your team runs the calls. We'll run them with your numbers on the strategy call.

What if we spend the money and it doesn't work?

If we haven't hit 20 qualified calls a month by Day 45, we keep working for another 30 days without charging another fee, and if we still miss, we refund our $8,000 fee.

Before launch, we work out your breakeven cost per qualified call, so you know what a good result looks like before you spend anything, and if the math doesn't work for your business, we'll tell you before you sign. Ad spend and software aren't part of the refund, since they're paid to third parties.

How soon will calls start coming in?

Your first campaign goes live on Day 14, and the first qualified calls usually come in one to two weeks after that. Those first weeks are Meta's learning phase, so calls trickle in and cost per call starts high, then comes down as each qualified booking teaches Meta who to look for. Campaign 2 launches around Day 28 on the winning angles, and the system is in your team's hands by Day 45.

My buyers aren't on Facebook. Why Meta?

The same people who use LinkedIn at work scroll Facebook and Instagram on their own time, and Meta's apps are used by about 3.6 billion people a day (Meta, Q2 2026). Its AI decides who sees an ad based on what the ad says, so an ad that describes one buyer's exact situation gets shown to people like that buyer, at about $1.92 a click for Facebook lead campaigns versus $6 to $10 on LinkedIn (WordStream and WebFX, 2025).

Every one of the CFO platform's qualified calls came from Meta. And if you clicked an ad to get here, Meta found you too.

What we sell is complex or niche. Can an ad really explain it?

That's why we start with the messaging. We go through your sales calls and client results and turn what you sell into an offer a stranger can understand, in the words your buyers actually use, so the ad only has to make the right person recognize their situation and click. The video does the explaining, at whatever depth your service needs, and the videos and emails after booking handle the rest.

A narrow niche actually helps, because the more precisely an ad describes your buyer, the more precisely Meta can find them.

We sell a low-ticket product, like a B2B SaaS subscription. Will this work for us?

Yes, once we repackage it. We start by looking at everything you already do for clients for free, like setup help, consulting, and training their team whenever they ask. We find what clients have to fix before your software can work for them, the work they'd otherwise pay a consultant for. And we go through your sales calls and support tickets to see where onboarding stalls and which questions keep coming up. Then we package all of it with your software into one high-ACV offer, priced on what getting results faster is worth. Every ad, page, and email sells that result instead of your features.

Instead of $100 a month, a new client pays $5,000 to $10,000 upfront. Once they're up and running, they move onto your subscription and churn less, because they've already seen it work. If the math can't work for your product, we'll tell you on the strategy call.

How much of my time does this take?

Plan on a 45 to 60 minute onboarding call, 2 to 3 hours of recording before launch, a final review, 1 to 2 more hours of recording around Day 21, and the handoff training. Scripting, editing, design, tech, launch, media buying, and reporting are all on us.

Who has to be on camera?

We script every word, so you don't need to be polished on camera, and teammates can record some of the videos, though we like to test at least one founder-led ad.

What happens after Day 45, and when the ads wear out?

Your team takes over with SOPs and training, and since everything was built in your accounts, there's nothing to transfer. Every ad wears out eventually, so the training covers making new ones, and your team keeps the messaging brief, four weeks of data on which angles your buyers respond to, and all 40 ads and scripts as examples. You can run it in-house, hire a junior media buyer, or keep working with us if you'd like us to keep optimizing and scaling it.

Do you charge per meeting?

No. What you're buying is a system your company keeps, and pay-per-meeting pushes the incentive toward booking as many meetings as possible. Our fee covers building the offer, the ads, the funnel, and the tracking, proving them on two campaigns, and training your team to run them. We back the call target with the 45-Day Qualified Call Guarantee instead.

What happens on the strategy call?

It's 45 minutes with Dylan. He'll learn how you're winning clients today and what you've already tried, show you the top two things holding back your current offer, funnel, or ads, work out your breakeven cost per qualified call, and run projections with your numbers. If it's a fit, he'll walk you through exactly how we'd roll this out for your business. If it isn't, he'll tell you, and you'll still leave with all three.

Ready To Stop Waiting On The Next Referral?

If your growth still depends on who happens to send business your way this quarter, and you want a steady flow of qualified calls with buyers who already understand what you do, that's exactly what we build. We'll prove it on your own ad account and hand it to your team within 45 days, for one fee.
